Located at 1,900 feet in the Tonto National Forest, Burnt Corral Campground sits on a bluff above Apace Lake offering spectacular views of the water and mountains. There are 82 RV/tent campsites and each has a table, fire ring and grill. There are no hook-ups at this campground and it has vault toilets. Outdoor recreation includes boating, fishing, water sports, picnicking, hiking, biking, exploring, photography and wildlife viewing. There is also a boat ramp, rentals and some supplies. The road to the campground is winding and a bit narrow with a maximum vehicle length limit of 40 feet. There are no reservations for this campground (first-come, first-serve).
