Cades Cove Campground is located in Great Smoky Mountains National Park at an elevation of 1,807 feet and has 159 campsites. The campground is located in a broad valley surrounded by mountains, offering some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities in the park. There is also many historic sites located in the area. The campground has a store, flush toilets, a dump station, picnic area and easy access to wilderness areas. Each campsite has a table, fire ring with flip-over grill.
The Park is the most visited in the United States with 8-10 million enjoying the many outdoor recreational activities in the forest straddling the border between North Carolina and Tennessee.
