Clear Lake State Park is on the shores of California's second largest freshwater lake. The area is popular for all kinds of water recreation, including swimming, fishing, boating and water-skiing. Outdoor recreation includes boating, swimming, fishing, water sports, camping, nature/wildlife viewing, hiking and biking.
Clear Lake State Park campground has 147 campsites (143 standard, 2 tent only and 2 group tent only). The maximum trailer/RV size is 35 feet. The campground is set up in four areas: Cole Creek, Kelsey Creek Lower Bayview and Upper Bayview. There are no electric/water hookups, but the campground does have a dump station, flush toilets and showers. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill. Cabins and group camping area available.
