Colter Bay campground in Grand Teton National Park is located close to Jackson Lake and has 350 campsites for tents, RVs and 11 group campsites (reservation only). Other than for the group campsites, Colter Bay campground is first-come, first-serve. It is a popular campground and fills up fast in the summer/weekends. The campground sets in a nice pine forest and (most sites shaded) with spectacular views of the Grand Tetons. Each campsite has a bear box (most tent sites) table, grill and fire ring. The restrooms have flush toilets and hot showers are available at the Colter Bay Village laundry.
