Cultus Lake is one of the most popular of the high Cascade Lakes because it is one of the few that allows high-speed motorized watercraft. The campground has 55, first-come, first-serve campsites. Because of its popularity, campers should plan on arriving early in the week or before noon on Friday to try and secure a campsite during the summer season.
Cultus Lake outdoor activities include boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, sailing, and jet skiing. Backpackers and hikers can access to trails that lead north into the lake-filled area of the Three Sisters Wilderness.
