Florala State Park is located in Covington County, within the city limits of Florala Alabama. The Park is located on Lake Jackson's 500-acre natural spring fed lake. It has been said that Lake Jackson is the largest and cleanest natural spring fed lake in Alabama. Recreation activities include swimming, water sports, fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking, and camping. Florala State Park campground has 28 RV sites and 6 tent sites set on the shores of Jackson Lake. There are 23 sites with 30 amp electrical service, water and sewage hookups. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill. Reservations for the campground can be made by calling 334-858-6425.
