Jalama Beach County Park is operated by San Barbara County and is located about an hour drive from Santa Barbara. The County Park/Campground is all by itself on a beautiful secluded beach. Jalama Beach County Park has a camp store with groceries and supplies. There is also a restaurant/grill, flush toilets, hot showers, a dump station and picnic area. The campground has 109 campsites, all overlooking the ocean or beachfront. There are 31 sites with electrical hookups. Cabins and group camping are also available. Outdoor recreation includes swimming (lifeguards on duty in summer), surfing, fishing, windsurfing, hiking, biking and wildlife viewing.
