With a towering vantage of the local peaks and located in the eastern Sierra at 6,000 feet in elevation, Lone Pine Campground is the epitome of Inyo National Forest camping - with an abundance of fishing and hiking from the campground and in the surrounding area. Approximately six miles west of Lone Pine, California, this campground is nestled in the surrounding brushy landscape and streamside to Lone Pine Creek.
