Sheep Pass campground is the smallest in Joshua Tree National Park with six tent sites that sit at an elevation of 4,500 feet. These sites are open for group camping. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill. The campground has pit/vault toilets. Sheep Pass campground does not take reservations (first-come, first-serve).
Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, rock-climbing, bouldering, star-gazing, wildlife viewing and exploring the many historic sites located throughout Joshua Tree National Park.
