Bryce Canyon National Park Campgrounds

Bryce Canyon National Park Campgrounds include Sunset with 99 campsites and North with 103 campsites.

Sunset campground is open mid-April through October. North campground is open year round with a limited # of sites and facilities available from November through April. That means you can experience the wonders of Bryce Canyon in all seasons.

Bryce Canyon National Park features the largest collection of hoodoos in the world.

There’s also about 60 miles of trails to explore and 18 miles of scenic drives and view points.

North Campground has 4 loops (A-D), with loop A having 25 reservable sites for larger trailers & RVs. All other campsites (loops C-D) are first-come first-served and are best suited for tents and smaller trailers/RVs. The campground has water, flush toilets and a dump station. Each site has a table, fire ring and grate. The campground is also closer to the visitor center, general store, laundry and showers.

Sunset Campground’s 99 campsites are available mid-April through October. All are first-come first-served. There are three loops (A-C) and loop A is for trailers and RVs greater than 20 feet. The rest of the sites can accommodate tents and smaller trailers/RVs. The campground also has drinking water and flush toilets. A dump station, store, laundry and showers are within a mile of the campground. The campground is also closer to some of the more popular hiking trails.

Bryce Canyon has a variety of outdoor fun visitors can enjoy. In addition to hiking the trails, there’s a visitor center, backcountry camping, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

Stargazing is also quite impressive too!

If camping isn’t your thing, you can always stay at one of the many hotels, cabins and the famous Bryce Canyon Lodge.
