Heart Bar Campground has 89 spacious campsites in a beautiful forested area of the San Bernardino National Forest and near the San Gorgonio Wilderness.

You can reserve 66 campsites at Heart Bar, but there are also 23 are first-come, first-serve. All sites can accommodate for tents, trailers and RVs (up to 50 feet). Each campsite has a paved pad, food storage locker, table, fire ring and grate. The campsites are large with ample space in between other sites.  Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is fair in the area. Firewood is also for sale from the camp host.

Other campgrounds in the area include Barton Flats, South Fork and San Gorgonio.

The campground is a great basecamp to enjoy the high country of the San Bernardino National Forest. Outdoor recreation activities include mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, backpacking, wildlife viewing, fishing (at nearby Jenks Lake and the South Fork of the Santa Ana River), photography and stargazing. Wildlife viewing can also be good in the area.
