Hidden Valley campground is located in Joshua Tree National Park and not far from one of the parks main attractions, the Wonderland of Rocks.  The campground is open year round and has 44 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs. All sites are first-come, first-serve.   Each campsite also has a parking pad area (dirt), picnic table, fire ring and grill.

The campground does not have water, but you will enjoy the comfort of vault/pit toilets. There is also no cell phone reception, firewood or dump station here.

Hidden Valley – Joshua Tree National Park – Area Recreation

Joshua Tree National Park is famous for its boulder and rock climbing.  Other 0utdoor recreation includes hiking, backpacking, biking, star-gazing, wildlife viewing and also exploring the many historic sites. There’s also a really nice picnic/day use area near the campground and by some amazing rock formations.

Other Joshua Tree National Park campgrounds to consider include RyanWhite Tank,  Indian Cove, Jumbo RocksBelleBlack Rock Canyon, and Cottonwood.
