Hodgdon Meadow Campground has 105 individual campsites (66 tent only) and 4 group camping areas. The campground is 45 minutes from Yosemite Valley. The sites are a bit tight, but the campground is a decent alternative if you can’t get a campsite in the Yosemite Valley.

Up to 2 motor vehicles are allowed per campsite (trailers don’t count as a vehicle). All vehicle’s wheels must be on the paved parking surface. Overflow parking is also available near most campgrounds.

The campground is generally open from late May to mid October. Hodgdon Meadow Campground also has flush toilets and drinking water. Each campsite has a picnic table, fire ring and a food storage locker. A gas station and small general store are eight miles away at Crane Flat.

World famous Yosemite National Park offers spectacular scenery and amazing outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, kayaking, photography, climbing, horseback riding, nature exhibits, museums, camping and wildlife viewing.

Other campgrounds in Yosemite National Park include: Upper Pines, Lower Pines, North Pines, Wawona, Crane Flat and Tuolumne Meadows.
