North Shore campground has 26 campsites and is located about 3 miles from Lake Arrowhead Village in the San Bernardino National Forest. One group campsite is also available.  Lake Arrowhead is actually about a 3/4 mile drive from the campground. Lake Gregory is also 20 minutes away.

Campsites are set in a mixed conifer forest and most involved a short walking from the parking spur to the campsite. They can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, food storage locker, fire ring and grate.

Campground amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. As an added bonus, the Lake Arrowhead Hospital is about 1/2 mile away if you get a boo boo while camping. Cell service is good.

North Shore – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation activities in the area include hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice here.

Other campgrounds in the area include Dogwood , Crab Flats and Green Valley Lake.

  1. Stayed at site 10 for three nights. Site is large with plenty of shade on one side and sun on the other. Bathrooms and water close by. Would definitely book this site again.
