White Cloud Campground has 46 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs in the Tahoe National Forest along Highway 20. A few campsites are designated for tent camping only.

Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.  Firewood is also available for sale at the campground. Cell service is poor in the area.

White Cloud is also located near Nevada City and three historic mining towns along Highway 20. Visitors can enjoy exploring these historic sites, as well as hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

If you’re in to equestrian camping, Skillman Horse Campground is also just a few miles away.
