Deerlodge Park has 7 walk-to campsites best suited for tents and is located next to the Yampa River in Dinosaur National Monument. It is also about 53 miles east of Canyon Visitor Center.

Campsites are first-come, first-serve and about 50 to 150 feet from the parking area. Each have table and fire rings. Amenities include drinking water and vault toilets (both available seasonally). A boat ramp is also next to the campground.

The campground is open year-round, but winter access can be difficult due to weather/road conditions. The campground will flood if the Yampa River exceeds 18,000 cfs.
