Dumont Lake Campground has 22 spacious campsites and offers spectacular views of several Rocky Mountain ranges including the Continental Divide. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale form the camp host.

Dumont Lake – Area Recreation

The area offers some fantastic fly fishing (lake and stream), birding, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, horseback riding, OHVing and wildlife viewing. There’s also a picnic area a short walk from the campground. Campers can access the two-mile Rabbit Ears Trail from the campground, and the Continental Divid National Scenic Trail is also nearby.
