Ridgway State Park Pa Co Chu Puk campground has 95 large (full hookup) campsites at the north end of the park and close to the Uncompahgre River. Some campsites have beautiful views of the river. There are also 15 walk-to tent campsites (H281 – H295) located across the river in a secluded Ponderosa pine forest. The walk-in sites are about 1/2 mile from the parking area.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a paved parking pad, a table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, laundry, a comfort station, and an RV dump station. There’s also a playground and firewood for sale from the camp host.
Ridgway State Park Pa Co Chu Puk – Area Recreation
Ridgway State Park has miles of hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails. There is a boat ramp accessing the Uncompahgre River for boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, water sports, swimming and water skiing. In the winter you can also enjoy some ice fishing, snow shoeing, sledding and cross-country skiing.
Other campgrounds at Ridgway State Park are Elk Ridge and Dakota Terrace.

Everything was clean and well-taken care of! The campground is beautiful. The fishing ponds were great for the kids to fish. We loved staying here! Gorgeous area.
