Tabor Campground has 44 campsites and is located along the northeastern shore of Turquoise Lake. All campsites are first-come, first-serve. Campsites can accommodate tents, but you can park a small van or RV in some of the parking spurs. There’s not much room between campsites.

The campground is generally open late May to the Tuesday after Labor Day. Check in is 2pm and check out is 12pm. Quient hours are 10pm to 6am. Amenities include drinking water (no RV tank filling allowed), vault toilets and a camp host. Firewood is available for purchase from the camp host. A boat ramp is also adjacent to the campground.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, water sports, swimming, mountain biking, hiking and hunting. The Lady of the Lake picnic area is also next to the campground.. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Father Dyer, Belle of Colorado, Baby Doe, Printer Boy, May QueenMolly Brown, Matchless and Silver Dollar.
