Former CCC Camp, small CCC Museum on grounds- interesting. Tram ride with guide during season to explore fauna and flora of park $. Good roads to ride bikes and several hiking trails Campsites under tree canopy
Short ride into Sebring, Fl which has anything or everything you need

First time visitor for a geocaching event and loved it so much, I have already begun my preparations for next year. Plenty I did not get to see this year.

  3. One of my favorite parks. On road/off road biking. Nice marked road bike lanes under canopy with short hiking trails to stop an enjoy along the way. Flat off-road (service road) biking around the park perimeter. Deer visited the campground almost daily. Good restaurants just outside the park. Most campsites are shaded but are close together with little privacy. Site 57 has some privacy but no shade. Site 35 is best if you have a tent or small trailer. Shaded with some privacy.
