Hart State Outdoor Recreation Area campground has 42 sites with water & electric hookups and 16 walk-to (tent only) campsites located along the shores of Lake Hartwell. Cottages are also available for rent.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, laundry facilities and dump station. There’s also a boat ramp, playground, picnic area and a sports field.  Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill.

Hart State Outdoor Recreation Area – Activities & Info

Outdoor recreation includes boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

You may also like the campgrounds at Sadlers Creek State Park, Lake Hartwell State Park or Tugaloo State Park.
