Burt Lake State Park campground has 306 campsites and is located on the southeast corner of Burt Lake. The beautiful state park has over 2,000 feet of sandy shoreline and is a in the heart of the Inland Waterway. It’s also a great base camp to visit nearby Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Harbor Springs and other attractions.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Most sites have electric hookups are available. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, a dump station and trash collection. The park also has a baseball field, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, picnic area, playground, swim beach, camp store, boat launch and boat trailer parking. Cell service is fair in the area.
Popular outdoor recreation includes boating, water sports, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
