Lake Isabella River Overview
Lake Isabella River Campground has 11 campsites and is located in a secluded grove of red and white pines next to the river. Some campsites are reservable and some are held for first-come, first-serve campers.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and small RVs. There is a maximum of 1 vehicle and one towed vehicle, as well as 9 people per site. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Amenities include a solar powered water faucet and vault toilet.
Area Recreation & Activities
The scenic and quiet area is popular for those interested in fishing for brook trout. Other activities in the area include hiking, hunting, kayaking/canoeing, biking, OHV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
McDougal Lake Campground is also nearby.
