Minneopa State Park Campground has 68 single-family campsites for tents, trailers and RVS (up to 60 feet) in two loops in a wooded area. There are 6 electric sites, 4 group sites and 1 cabin.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($) and a dump station. Firewood is also available for sale at the park office. Each campsites also has a table, grill and fire ring.
Minneopa State Park – Area Recreation
Minneopa State Park is open year round and includes 58 acres and features Minneopa Creek and it’s two waterfalls. Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, picnicking, horseshoes and volleyball. Wildlife is also abundant throughout the park and includes many species of birds (including American Bald Eagles), deer, turkey, beaver and other critters. Winter sports include cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Any open on August 3/4/5

Click HERE to go to the Minneopa State Park campground page and then click on the ‘Make A Reservation’ button/link. This will take you to the Minnesota State Park reservation system where you can check availability and make a reservation.
I have 3 campsites reserved for the weekend of Sept 18-20. Could you send me a confirmation e-mail please?

You’ll need to contact Minnesota State Parks Reservations, or call them at 866-857-2757.
If you enjoy vehicles driving through the site, almost every minute and a half, party people, dirt campsites, very little privacy; this is your spot! No relaxation here! Park Ranger drove by frequently and did a patrol around 10pm. Seemed to help quiet down the loud parties. Toilets were clean and plenty of firewood.
