Sprague Creek campground has 25 single-family campsites and is located on the northeast shore of Lake McDonald in Glaicer National Park. The campsites are best suited for tent-camping. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Seven hike/bike campsites are also available (sites 2 and 25).

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and a picnic area. Cell service is poor in the area.

The popular campground tends to be a little noisy due to its proximity next to the Going-to-the-Sun Road. It’s also just a mile from Lake McDonald Lodge. The lodge has a camp store, gift shop, restaurant, tour buses and boat tours at historic Lake McDonald Lodge. Evening ranger programs are also located at Lake McDonald Lodge.

Other nearby campgrounds include Rising Sun and Avalanche.
