Lake Maloney State Recreation Area Campground has 56 single-family campsites with electric hookups and is located along the lakeshore. Each also has a table, fire ring and grate. The campground is first-come, first-serve.

Most of the campsites are very large and have good shade from big trees. All pads and roads are gravel. Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and a dump station. There are also 200 non-pad sites available w/o electricity.

Lake Maloney State Recreation Area – Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area include fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.
