Nebraska Tailwaters Campground has 42 spacious campsites (31 with electric hookups) and is located on the south bank of the Missouri River, along the tailwaters of Gavins Point Dam. The other 11 campsites (no hookups) are for tent camping only. Group camping is also available.

The campground is open year-round. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 2pm. A maximum of 8 people per campsite. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush and vault toilets, trash collection and a RV dump station. There is also a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, picnic/day use area and a fishing dock. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Cell service is good in the area.

Nebrasak Tailwaters – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, water sports, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. This is also an exceptional Bald Eagle viewing area.
