Kershaw-Ryan State Park Campground has 15 campsites situated in a canyon with towering walls up to 700 feet high.  Campsites are reservable and can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Some sites have water & electric hookups (50-amp). Each campsite also has a table, fire ring, grate, BBQ and shade ramada.

Campgrounds amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, a dump station, picnic area, children’s wading pool, volleyball court, playground and hiking trails.  Our favorites campsites are 8, 10, 12 and 15. Camping is limited to 30 days.

Kershaw-Ryan State Park – Area Recreation & Info

Kershaw-Ryan State Park has a natural spring providing a little oasis in the desert surroundings. There’s a great picnic area with covered picnic tables and a large BBQ. You can also enjoy volleyball, horseshoes, hiking, photography and wildlife viewing.

Cathedral Gorge State Park is another option for camping in the area – about 12 miles north on U.S. Route 93. Other state parks in the area include Beaver Dam, Spring Valley and Echo Canyon.
