Alder Dune Campground has 39 mixed-use campsites and is locate in a beautiful coastal forest between Alder and Dyne Lakes in the Siuslaw National Forest. The campground is in the Oregon Central Coast area and about a 6 minute drive to the Holman Vista Day Use area, which is next to the beach. Heceta Beach is also located nearby, giving visitors the opportunity to enjoy the Pacific Ocean.

Amenities include drinking water, vault & flush toilets and picnic area. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. Campsites also have a table, fire ring and grate.

Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, beach-combing, picnicking, fishing, and wildlife viewing.

Sutton Campground is also just 3 miles away and a bit closer to the beach.
