Bullards Beach State Park Campground is open year round and has 198. There are 103 campsites with full hookups and 82 with electric/water. The hookups are either 30-amp or 50-amp depending on the campsite. The campground also has 13 yurt and 8 primitive equestrian/horse campsites that has easy access to the beautiful beach and dunes. Most yurts have electricity and a heater. Six of them are pet-friendly. Hiker/biker are also available.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers and a dump station. There is also firewood available for sale from the camp host. Each campsite also has a paved parking spur, table, fire ring, and grill.
Each Yurt has lights, heating, and beds with vinyl-covered mattresses. A bunk bed sleeps three, and a futon couch sleeps two. A fire ring, picnic table, and paved parking are right outside. Up to two pets (cats and/or dogs only) are allowed in the pet-friendly yurts for an additional fee.
Check in time is 4:00 pm each day and check out is 1:00pm.
Bullard Beach State Park – Area Recreation
Bullards Beach State Park is just two miles north of Bandon and offers a variety of outdoor recreation activities including fishing and crabbing on the Coquille River, hiking, biking, boating, horseback riding, sand sledding, picnicking, canoeing, kayaking and wildlife viewing. And don’t forget to check out the historic Coquille River Lighthouse – at the end of Bullards Beach Road.
Sunset Bay State Park is to the north and Cape Blanco State Park is to the south. Both are also on the coast.

Sorry – there are no group campsites at Bullards Beach State Park
We loved the 4 days in our yurt, park was very well cared for and nice and quiet, only problem we had was keeping the five raccoons chased out of camp, you have to keep everything put up from the little bandits

Very frustrating attempt to reserve a camp site. Cannot complete New Account creation; Reserveamerica will not send me a registration email. You provide no phone to reserve directly.

Wanted to rent a spot for new years went for the 44 ft but by time I got thru with stupid check-in on computer was gone so went for the 36 ft and said trailer couldn’t b over 16 ft. What’s the deal so we list out our trailer only 24 ft. ..was upaet

Thank you sooooo much for your help!!! We are very excited to stay at the state park next weekend. Call us crazy, but we are not fair weather campers and live for all seasons in Oregon. (Although a yurt is not necessarily our idea of real camping) we appreciate the opportunity to travel over from Klamath Falls on a short weekend and not set up in the dark/ tear down only a day later! Loved the campground! Unfortunately, got our stuff stolen out of the truck while we were sleeping in our tent. Be careful, lock your things up and be aware of your surroundings.

I never stayed in a yurt before. I always use my tent. Do yurts have electrical outlets in them? If not, is there a hook-up outside?

While walking the campground, our photographer will make a note of favorite/best campsites based on location (near a beach, river, lake), with a view, size and also privacy (away from high traffic areas like trails, restrooms, as well as distance between neighbors). Sometimes there are several campsites that are really nice and other times just a few.
