Lake Harriet campground has 8 single-family campsites and is located close to the beautiful lake and Clackamas River (Oak Grove Fork) in Mt. Hood National Forest.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale at the campground. The 22-acre lake has a small dock and boat ramp.

Lake Harriet – Area Recreation

The lake offers some fine fishing (it’s stocked with rainbow trout), canoeing, kayaking and boating. The nearby Oak Grove Fork of the Clackamas River is also popular for fishing. If you’re in to rafting, the Clackamas offers Class III-IV whitewater further down the river. Other activities include mountain biking, hiking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Shellrock Creek, Riverside, Rainbow and Riverford.
