Barnwell State Park campground is located next to one of the park lakes and has 25 single-family campsites. Five cabins are available and primitive group camping are also available.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Four campsites can accommodate RVs up to 36 feet and the others up to 28 feet. Campsites 18-25 have full hookups (50-amp). Free WiFi is also available.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, playground and a dump station. There’s also a community building available for meetings, reunions, weddings and other group events.

Barnwell State Park – Area Recreation

The park offers a variety of outdoor activities to enjoy on its 307 acres. The main attraction is fishing and paddle boating on the lakes. Other activities include swimming, hiking, biking, picnicking, geocaching and wildlife viewing.
