This small campground has large level RV sites and a level tent camping on the banks of the intercoastal waterway. It is a peaceful campground with beautiful sunrises over a vast savanna. There is a very long trail of trail right from the campground. We only did the first 4 or so miles which are excellent for hiking or biking but there were some damps spots.

The bathhouse was never cleaned during the two weeks we were there and the toilet paper was out for about 1/2 the time. The shower water can only be set to warm but it is comfortable enough.

We were there in March and the mosquitos and other biting insects were already a problem. During midday with a breeze you could go about the campsite with out protection otherwise you would need to cover up and use bug spray.

We experienced brief periods of high voltage. I recorded as high as 126V but there were spikes higher that my logging voltmeter was not fast enough to catch but you could see a spike.

We will probably not return to this campground unless it is to break up a long drive.
