Copperas Creek Campground has 67 full hookup campsites and is on the southwestern side of Proctor Lake within the Cross Timbers Region of Texas.  Some campsites have good shade and most have great views of the lake.

There are 67 sites open from April through September and 30 sites open from October through March. Each site has full hookups (water, electric and sewer), a table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush & vault toilets, hot-water showers, trash collection and a dump station. There is also a picnic area, swim beaches, 3 boat ramps, fishing docks and 10 miles of hiking & equestrian trails. Cell service is also good in the area.

You might also like Kimball Bend Park (60 miles), Mccown Valley Campground (66 miles), Holiday Park (74 miles), or Mustang Campground (74 miles).
