Lake Bastrop South Shore Park campground has 38 single family campsites located next to Lake Bastrop. There are 32 sites with water & electric hookups and 6 sites with full hookups. In addition, there are 18 cabins available for rent. Campsites are large with ample space between sites.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a paved parking spur, table, later post, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($) and a dump station. There’s also a boat ramp, watercraft rentals, picnic areas, fishing pier, horseshoes, mini-golf course and volleyball courts.

Lake Bastrop South Shore Park – Area Recreation
The area offers a variety of outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. There’s also a dandy mini-golf course, volleyball courts and horseshoes available at the park.

Do y’all have furnished cabins in the bastrop area?
Hi Mr. Rodriquez,
The cabins at Lake Bastrop South Shore Park have are clean and well constructed, and each cabin has electricity, an outside water spigot, heat and A/C, a ceiling fan, a front porch, a picnic table and a grill. They should be furnished as they can sleep up to 5 people, however we’re not sure. I recommend you call the park directly to confirm: 512-498-1922
