Creek Pasture Campground has 32 single-family campsites in the Indian Creek area and close to both Canyonlands National Park (Needles District) and the Bears Ears National Monument. All single family campsites are first-come, first-serve. The Creek Pasture Group Site is also available (up to 20 vehicles and 50 people).

Campsites are best for tents but a few can fit small trailers or RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Up to 2 vehicles and 10 people are allowed per site. Campground amenities include vault toilets. Water is not available. Cell service is also not available.

Other campgrounds in the area include Superbowl and Hamburger Rock Campground.

Outdoor recreation in the area includes hiking, OHV trail riding, horseback riding, stargazing, photography, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
