Little Cottonwood Campground has 14 campsites situated along the Beaver River in Fishlake National Forest.

Amenities include drinking water (summer season), flush toilets and trash collection.  Cell coverage is not available in the area. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 40 feet). Hookups are not available but each site has a paved parking spur, table, fire ring and grill.

Other campgrounds in the area include Little Reservoir, Tushar Lakeside, Kents Lake, Mahogany Cove, Anderson Meadow and Lebaron.

Little Cottonwood – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV trail riding, hunting, picnicking and wildlife viewing.

The Piute all-terrain vehicle trail is nearby but there is no access directly from the campground. Be prepared to haul all-terrain vehicles to the nearby trailheads for access. Nearby Cottonwood Trail is a horse and foot trail accessed through the lower part of Cottonwood Campground. This rugged trail leads southwest for about two miles and takes a sharp turn to the east through Horse Flat.
