Stillwater Campground has 25 campsites and is located next to the confluence of the Stillwater Fork and Hayden Fork, which turns into the Bear River. There are 21 single-family campsites (up to 8 people), and 4 group campsites (25 to 50 people). Two group picnic sites are also available to reserve next to the campground.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs.  Parking spurs range in size from about 20 to 45 feet. There are no hookups but each site has a table, fire ring and grill. Some also have tent pads.

The campground is generally open late May to mid September. Amenities include vault toilets and trash collection. Potable (drinking) water is available during the peak season but you should bring your own as backup. Cell service is not available. Firewood can be purchased from the camp host.

Other campgrounds in the area include Chistmas Meadows, Sulphur, Hayden Fork, Beaver View, Bear River, East Fork Bear River, Mirror Lake and Moosehorn.

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, horseback riding, ATV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
