Belfair State Park campground has 184 mixed-used campsites in three loop areas on the Hood Canal.  There are 120 tent campsites, 41 full hookup campsites, 1 electric campsite and 17 standard campsites. Each campsites has a table, fire ring and grill. The campground has drinking water, a dump station, flush toilets, and a whopping total of 8 showers. hot showers. Firewood is also available for sale. Check-in time is 2:30 p.m and check-out time is 1 p.m. Maximum site length is 60 feet (limited availability).

Belfair State Park – Area Recreation

If camping isn’t your thing, you can rent one of the four cabins. Each cabin has a delightful queen-died futon, bunk bed and furniture. You even get a picnic table, fire ring and grill.  Bathrooms and showers are also nearby.

And last, but not least there is one campsite that is part of the Cascadia Marine Trail. It is available to wind/human powered beachable watercraft on a first-come, first-served basis. The site also has picnic table and a fire ring.

Belfair State Park includes 65-acres and 3,720 feet of saltwater shoreline at the southern end of Hood Canal. Visitors will enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation including clamming, crabbing, fishing, swimming, beach combing, biking, hiking, kite flying and wildlife viewing.

Twanoh State Park is just 13 miles away and also on the Hood Canal. It has 47 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs. Kammenga Canyon Campground is also nearby and offers 6 free primitive campsites.
