Spillway (Az) Overview

Spillway 020

Spillway Campground has 26 single-family campsites next to Woods Canyon Lake and set among a forest of ponderosa pine, oak and Douglas fir.  One group campsite (up to 25 people) is also available. Campsites are within walking distance of the lake and sites 21-26 have lake views).

Campsites can accommodate tents, small trailers and RVs. The main campground loop road has a fairly tight turning radius hedged by trees so no RV/trailer over 32′ is recommended. Extra vehicle charges (cash only) do apply and are payable upon arrival.

Campground amenities include potable water (spigot) and vault toilets. A dump station is also located nearby. Firewood is available for purchase from the camp host. Gas, phone and groceries are available 10 miles east at Forest Lakes. Groceries and boat rentals are also available at Woods Canyon Marina/Store.
