Cuyamaca Rancho State Park – Green Valley Campground has 58 campsites for trailers, tents and RVs. There are also 15 equestrian campsites (with corrals).  A creek runs through the middle of the campground and has a few popular swimming holes. Green Valley campground has a dump station, drinking water, flush toilets and hot showers. Each campsite has a table and fire ring/grill. There are no hookups at this campground. Firewood and ice are also available for sale at the campground.

Cuyamaca Rancho State Park is a beautiful and popular park and includes miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails. In edition, Lake Cuyamaca offers boating and fishing.  Other outdoor activities include picnicking, photography, wildlife viewing and horseback riding. There is also a nice swimming hole at Green Valley Falls when there’s enough water. Its a short hike from the campground to the falls.

Paso Picacho Campground is also at Cuyamaca Rancho State Park. It has 85 campsites for tents, trailers and RVs.

    stayed at green valley possibly 3 years ago. Our campsite had a slope, but didnt cause too much of a problem. We woke up at the bottom of the tent but other than that it was beautiful! we were right next to a creek and got to hear the creek run all night. It was simply lovely. We also deer visit the creek to drink water several times. It was great
