Seacliff State Beach Campground sits adjacent to the beach with spectacular views of Monterey Bay. The campground offers 62 campsites for RVs (up to 40 feet) and camping trailers (up to 34 feet). No tent camping is available. Campsites 1-26 are full hookup sites right along the beach. Each site has a little area between sites with a table, fire ring and grill. The other 36 campsites are side-by-side sites set up in a parking lot arrangement in lots A, B and C. All of these sites must have self contained camping vehicles. There are no tables, fire rings or grills for the parking lot campsites.
Seacliff State Beach has a two mile long sandy beach tucked under sandstone cliffs, snack shop, fishing pier, picnic areas, flush toilets, showers, drinking water and a visitor center. Outdoor activities include surf fishing, windsurfing, surfing, swimming, sunbathing, kayaking, hiking, biking, beach combing, geocaching, whale watching and wildlife viewing.
New Brighton State Beach campground is another option in the area. It is about 3 miles from Seacliff State Beach.
