Cherry Creek State Park offers year-round camping and has 135 single-family campsites (101 with full hookups) located around an 880 surface-acre lake. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (some up to 80 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Group campsites are also available.

Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers ($), laundry, Wifi access and a dump station. Firewood is available for sale from the camp host. The park also has a marina, boat ramp, boat rentals, picnic area/pavilions, volleyball court, and mixed-used trails.

Cherry Creek State Park – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking, and model airplane flying. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also available in the winter.
