Is there a picnic area private that I could reserve or a room for a small gathering of 25 for a baby reveal party

    • Hi Trena,
Yes, there are two large picnic areas available for rental (up to one year in advance at Grayson Lake State Park. You can try calling the park to reserve at: 606-474-9727

  2. Does this park have primitive camping for backpacker’s and if so how much does it cost each night to stay? Thanks

  3. Linda Oury says:

Where is the dump station for gray water? We are currently at site 49?

    • Hi Linda,
If you click on the Grayson Lake State Park ‘Campground Map’ button – you’ll see the dump station is located right after you go through the entrance to the campground. Hope this helps!

  4. Linda Oury says:

Is there a public beach near the campground? We have tried finding the Bruin Recreation Area without success. Is the entrance to the Beech-Hemlock Forest Trail in the camping area?

    • Hi Linda,
There is no public beach within or close to Grayson Lake State Park. The swim beach at Bruin, which is operated by the Kentucky Department of State Parks, is CLOSED until further notice. Swimming is not permitted at the Bruin beach or from any state park land. However swimming is allowed on the rest of the lake, except boat ramps and areas with posted restrictions. Lastly, the Beech-Hemolock Forest Trail does have a trailhead at the campground. Hope this helps some!

  5. Dana Hylton says:

Hi, do you have any brochures to mail out?

    • Hi Dana,
CampsitePhotos.com is not affiliated with the campgrounds listed on our site. We provide the photos of each campsite, availability alerts, links to make reservations and campground info. Unfortunately we don’t have any brochures we can send.
