Shawme Crowell State Forest has over 285 campsites in a pitch pine and scrub oak forest on the western end of Cape Code. Group camping is available and there are 6 campsites that also have yurts.
Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, trash collection and a dump station. There’s also a nature center, playground, basketball courts, picnic area and pavilion. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. None of the campsites have hookups.

Outdoor recreation in the area includes hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Springhill Beach is a short drive (about 5 miles) where you can also enjoy all the beach/ocean activity!

how do i find a picture of campground where my site is located
Hi Karen,
Unfortunately we don’t have any photos for Shawme Crowell State Forest yet but I’ll see if we can schedule a photographer for later this year. I don’t know of any other website that has photos either.
I’d also love to see campsite photos for this campground!
