Fall Creek State Recreation Area Cascara Campground has 39 campsites and is located on the northeast shore of Fall Creek Lake. Group camping is also available at nearby Fisherman’s Point Campground.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill. Parking spurs range from 12 to 91 feet with most in the 40-60 foot range. The campground is usually open early April to late October. Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Day use areas, a boat ramp, boat trailer park and swim area are also near the campground. Firewood is available to purchase from the camp host.
Other campgrounds in the area include Ivan Oakes and Black Canyon.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
