Should mention that it is a (COE) Corp of engineers park.
Many seniors looking for their discount will love that it is 1/2 price.

I have reserved site 06 at SaltHouse Branch for next spring.
Does this site have a sewer hookup ?
Do any sites at this cg have a sewer hookup at the site?
    Thank you

    • Hi Gary,
Salthouse Branch campsite #6 has water and electric hookups, but not sewer. Also, none of the campsites have sewer hookups. There are 44 with water & electric.

Is the swimming area open? If so, do you have to pay a fee to swim? Do you have to pay to park? Salt house

    • Yes, the swimming area is open and the lake is open for swimming, boating, fishing, etc. There is an entrance fee for day-use/parking, but I’m not sure what that is. You can try calling the park to confirm: 540-365-7005

    We really love this campground!
Use it multiple times a season.
Walking, swimming, sitting by the fire and meeting other campers makes for a great retreat.
