Sunny Gulch Overview

Sunny Gulch campground has 45 single-family campsites and is located next to the beautiful Salmon River with awesome views of the Sawtooth Mountains. The campground has both reservable and first-come, first-serve campsites available.

Campsites are suitable for tents, trailers and RVs (up to 35 feet). Camp roads and parking spurs are paved. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include water and vault toilets. There’s also a day-use picnic area next to the campground. Cell service is poor in the area.

Sunny Gulch – Area Recreation & Info

There is world-class fishing here for rainbow, cutthroat and the occasional hybrid cut bows and bull trout. Other recreation in the area includes hiking, mountain biking, hunting, ATVing, horseback riding, picnicking, wildlife viewing and winter sports.

You may also like Chinook Bay or Mountain View campgrounds. Both are located next to Little Redfish Lake.
