Sugarloaf Campground is a rustic campground that overlooks the spectacular peaks of the Snowy Range and the crystal clear waters of Libby Lake in southeastern Wyoming.

Sugarloaf campground  has 16 single-family campsites and is located at 10,700 feet in the Medicine Bow National Forest.  The campground is first-come, first-serve and generally doe not open until mid July. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is not available in the area.

Sugarloaf – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation activities include: fishing, backpacking, hiking, biking, horseback riding, off-road vehicle riding, hunting and wildlife viewing. You can also visit nearby historic mining sites and the Medicine Wheel National Monument.

You may also be interested in Porcupine or Bald Mountain campgrounds.
