Catavee Campground has 24 campsites and is one of 6 campgrounds on Huntington Lake and is open from early May to early October.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 30 feet). All sites have paved pads and some sites also have views of Huntington Lake. Campsite #3 is a ‘double’ campsite. Each site also has a table, fire ring, grill and food locker.  Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and trash collection. There’s also a picnic / day use area next to the campground. Firewood is available for sale from the camp host. Cell service coverage is fair.

The Huntington Lake area offers a variety of outdoor activities including fishing, boating, sailing, swimming, hiking, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing and exploring the historic sites in the area. The lake also has a marina and boat rentals. There are a few stores and restaurants in the area.

Other campgrounds around Huntington Lake are: CollegeDeer Creek, Rancheria, Lower Billy Creek, Upper Billy Creek, and Kinnikinnick.
